Setting Participant Privacy

  • Steps: 
    • 1. From anywhere on the platform, select More in the top right menu and then select Participants from the list
    • 2. This displays a list of all the participants which you have access to view.
    • 3. Click the profile picture or name of any of the participants
    • 4. You can control precisely who has access to the participants you work with
    • 5. On the Participant’s page, select the padlock icon
    • 6. Select the appropriate level for the kind of work you do
