Create stories. Add pictures, videos and files as attachments. Tag beneficiaries in stories. Tag progress within stories.
5. PERFORM QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS
Visualise survey results with charts and tables. All survey responses can be exported as csv files.
Automatically calculate Distance Travelled. Run a baseline, midline and endline survey with some of your beneficiaries to see the difference your Collective Impact programme is making.
Use the Labels App to tag stories and anecdotes with Labels that relate to the themes in those stories. Click the Label to then see all the stories that have been tagged with that Label.
6. REPORT TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
Use the Boards App to quickly create interactive dashboards that contain Cards showing progress at a programme, regional, funder and national level.
Create a culture of learning. Invite frontline and management colleagues from across the organisation to share their “Tips” which could be best practice, lessons learned and suggestions to make the work of the organisation more effective.
Collate “Tips” into Collections and make them searchable. Build a growing repository of knowledge within your organisation to make staff more effective.
