Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do people need to complete every survey question in order to submit the survey?
A: No. If people do not want to answer one or more questions for whatever reason, that is fine. They can still submit the survey with their responses to the questions they chose to answer.
Q: Can people complete the survey anonymously?
A: Yes. People can choose whether to add their Name to the survey or not. If they add their name to the survey, their name will appear on the dashboard next to each of their responses so that church leaders know who to provide help to. However people can choose to remain anonymous by not including their name in their response.
Q: Can people complete the survey more than once?
A: Yes. Your unique survey link can be used multiple times by the same person. On your Survey Dashboard you can distinguish between the same person’s different responses on different occasions by looking at the time and date stamp on their response.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of people who can complete the survey or the number of responses I can view?
A: No. There are no limits on the number of people who can complete your survey or on the number of responses you can view on your Survey Dashboard.
Q: How secure is the survey data?
A: All survey data is stored securely in Amazon S3 buckets at our data centre in London, England. When you signup, a secure password is generated for you and sent to you by email. Your organisation has a unique survey link which means that you can only see the survey results relating to your church on the Survey Dashboard and other church leaders cannot see your church’s survey results. Your survey results are confidential and only visible to you and the system administrators at Makerble and Eido Research for the purpose of high-level analysis of trends during this crisis period. Q: Can the survey be completed on a mobile phone?
A: Yes. People can complete the survey from their smartphone, tablet or computer.
Q: Is the survey dashboard accessible on a mobile phone?
A: Yes. You can view the Survey Dashboard by logging in using the web browser on your mobile phone.
Q: Can the questions be tailored to my church or organisation
A: Yes. The standard version of the Wellbeing Survey & Dashboard is free however if you would like to tailor the survey questions, get in touch with us and we will let you know whether the customisations you require will incur costs beyond what we have committed to do for free.
