You can manage various aspects of the event:

  • Event Workers: volunteers, sessional workers and full-time staff who might be required at the event

  • Event Guests: your clients, service users and beneficiaries whom you have booked into the event

  • Messaging: you can send Event Guests one or more SMS messages or emails ahead of, during and after the event

  • Post-event Updates: register who attended and who did not. You can also record observations and progress towards outcomes

Organise your events days, weeks or months in advance. From the Manage Events page you can quickly see the number of guests and workers assigned to each event.
