The Trussell Trust use Makerble to understand the effectiveness of their foodbanks

The Trussell Trust has a network of over 400 food banks across the United Kingdom. Each food bank is run by a team of volunteers.

The Trussell Trust conduct an annual survey that goes out to the volunteers within each food bank asking them questions about the strengths and areas for improvement of their food bank. Previously this survey was managed independently for each food bank which meant that trends across food banks could not easily be aggregated. In addition, results had to be manually combined for each food bank.

Now, The Trussell Trust are using Makerble to:

  • conduct those surveys

  • automatically bring together results for each individual food bank

  • automatically show comparisons between food banks so that managers can understand how each food bank is faring
