Explore Partnership use Makerble to monitor immediate and long-term impact of their project

About Explore Partnership

Explore Partnership is a Community Interest Company that has secured funding from several GP practices to run the Kidz Zones project which aims to reduce childhood obesity by taking a healthy happy active lifestyles approach to achieving that outcome.

How they use Makerble

When it came to monitoring impact their main goal was to track the effect of each individual session on the children who take part and on their parents.

Another key challenge was finding a way to import Fitbit-equivalent data from children’s fitness devices into their database so that they could see the improvement over time

They use Makerble Surveys to monitor the immediate impact of each session by sending out a before and after survey with 3 questions asking the participants to rate happiness, activeness and health.

They also use Makerble Surveys to gather long-term data to track whether people are sustaining an active lifestyle outside of the sessions.

Finally, they use Makerble to assist in their project planning. They use Surveys to collect feedback from participants on how the longevity of the project’s impact can be improved.
