Using Makerble to aggregate results

 What does it mean?

• Rather than combining information from multiple spreadsheets into one, you can do that aggregation on Makerble

Aggregation options

1. Local teams input reporting/monitoring data into spreadsheets —> Spreadsheets are imported into Makerble

2. Local teams input reporting/monitoring data into Makerble directly —> Aggregation on Makerble happens automatically

Staff roles

• Evaluator

  • Creates metrics on Makerble for each indicator being aggregated

  • Creates a Makerble project for each local team

  • Imports each project’s spreadsheet into Makerble

  • Creates an album that contains the various projects

  • Creates a Board that displays the aggregate figures (Album-level) and the individual project figures for each metric
