Use Makerble to monitor and evaluate programmes
Makerble has the flexibility to be used for one aspect, several aspects or every aspect of project delivery, monitoring, evaluation and aggregation.
1. SPLIT WORK INTO PROJECTS
Create online referral forms that partners can use to refer people onto your Waiting List for each programme
2. BUILD FORMS AND SURVEYS
Create, edit and deploy your forms and surveys across multiple projects at once. Use a variety of field types that include validation to ensure data is entered in the correct format.
3. Collect data offline using phones and tablets
Conduct surveys without an internet connection. Link survey responses to individual beneficiaries or record the responses as new respondents.
Register new beneficiaries and access beneficiary records using the Offline Android App. Eliminate the need for paper-based records and spreadsheets. Make the switch to the cloud.
4. Track progress towards indicators
Create a Logframe for each project. Record progress towards Inputs, Outputs, Outcome Indicators and other Impact Metrics. Progress is pulled in automatically from the Surveys and data collection tools you use, whether offline or online.
5. Aggregate results from multiple projects
Use the Albums App to pull together results from all the projects within a given region, country, theme or funder’s portfolio.
6. Report instantly to each funder
Use the Boards App to quickly create interactive dashboards that contain the project outcomes that you need to report to a particular funder on. Create a board for every funder. The boards update automatically to show you the latest results you need in order to meet your monitoring requirements.

Client Spotlight
Justice Defenders provides legal aid to defenceless people in the justice system. They previously used paper forms to keep track of the thousands of prison inmates to whom they provided legal aid services in Kenya and Uganda. Those paper records would be manually entered into spreadsheets but it meant that it was difficult to track the specific beneficiaries whose data was related to particular results. Makerble has made it possible for Justice Defenders to:
Track the status of each legal aid case that their paralegals work on using the Cases App
Monitor the productivity of their paralegals using the Timesheets App
Track the number of people released per month as well as many other KPIs using the Boards App
