Using Makerble for Project Delivery + Evaluation

What does it mean?

Running your programme, service, campaign or project’s day-to-day operations on Makerble whilst also using it to measure, analyse and report impact.

Staff roles

Frontline staff: use Makerble to manage participants (clients, beneficiaries, service users), i.e.
- Register new participants
- Publish referral forms
- Receive inbound referrals which generate a Contact Profile Page for each participant
- Move participants from the Waiting List to the active state
- Store notes about participants, book them into sessions, record attendance
- Communicate with participants in bulk or 1:1 using Makerble SMS and Email
- Send pre- and post-programme surveys to participants or fill them in with a participant during a conversation
Strategy, Partnerships, Research and Evaluation staff: use Makerble to analyse impact, i.e.
- Analyse Distance Travelled - i.e. improvement over time automatically calculated for each participant or for the cohort as a whole
- Segment outcomes and impact by demographic fields to identify trends
- Create a logic model that represents the strategy of the project
- Create Boards that report the impact from particular (combinations of) services
